One of my friend recently imported a Lenovo G580 from U.S to India. The laptop comes with Windows 8 pre-installed.

He has taken the backup using One Key Recovery 8.0 and the backup has been saved D: Lenovo OneKey App OneKey Recovery, the backup is a total of 12 GB. After taking backup he has resized the C: partition. Now One Key Recovery is not working for Backup or Recovery. Lenovo Support executives are no help, I've tried to follow instructions given over, but the first option doesn't work with OKR 8 & Windows 8 setup, in the second option there are only OKR 7 setup disc download links are given, hence they don't work with windows 8 setup.
